On a traditional skid, a 200 or 350 gallon cone bottom mixing tank sits. This is where fresh water enters, nutrients are dosed, and the electric mixer mixes the batch to then deliver to rooms, zones or reservoirs. 500 gallon tanks do not assemble onto a skid, but rather placed on a tank stand to the side of the control cabinet.
Redundant, industrial grade, inline sensors with tool-less installation and maintenance. See calibration instructions here.
The standard system comes with (up to) 16 pumps, which according to your facility needs, will be comprised of any or all of the following: 1.1, 2.8, 6.4, and 9.5 GPH pumps. Higher GPH is better for nutrients that require high dosages (i.e. 30ml/gal). The left side of the machine consists of pump numbers 1 through 8.
Mounted on the left side of the control cabinet, press the emergency shut-off anytime the machine needs to be stopped immediately.
Injection/check valves that work in conjunction with the dosing pump to precisely deliver nutrients to the mix tank through clear food-grade poly tubing.
Glove responsive touch screen running the Rhythm Advanced Software. Software can run locally but needs to be connected to Internet for remote support and updates.
Water tight 42" x 36" x 10" cabinet housing electrical control equipment. UL listed.
A standard hose bib is provided for draining the plumbing riser and manifold, as well as for convenience to attach a hose and water manually.
